Today, we’rere talking all about sex and manifestation — I know, taboo, but interesting af!

In a recent Instagram post, I introduced you to the idea of using sexual energy to manifest by telling you that this is an amazing way to supercharge your visualization process.⁣⁠

The human orgasm is so energetically charged that learning how to harness the energy released in this moment has been one of my favorite discoveries about the conscious manifestation process and my own personal faves when it comes to bringing my ideal reality to life.

When we discuss sexual alchemy, we’re essentially discussing sexual transmutation, which in the most simplest terms is turning our sexual energy into something else — or, using our sexual energy to manifest!

 We’ve been taught that sex is used for the creation of life, but what if we can learn to look at sex as a much broader creation tool, therefore including solo sex sessions in the narrative of creation and seeing sex as a tool to breathe life into our visions, not just life into a potential new human being.

Here are some practical ways to begin using sex and orgasms as manifestation tools in your life!

SOLO SEX

If you’re comfortable, engage in solo sex sessions where you’re visualizing something you’re currently manifesting as your orgasm. If you also feel comfortable, say an affirmation related to this thing as you orgasm and visualize. This may take a few tries to get the hang of it because orgasms are usually pretty powerful and you may find your mind wandering back to experiencing your pleasure, but try your best to focus on visualizing.

 Note: you don’t have to do this EVERY time you’re orgasming. Choose a certain solo session to engage in for pleasure and manifestation and others to engage in just for your pleasure! 

LEARN ABOUT YOUR PLEASURES 

Take time to learn your body better in a sexual way. If comfortable, experiment with what feels good for you. If you have never experienced an orgasm, try to figure out (on your own or with a trusted partner) what can bring you to this point. This way, you can begin to use orgasms to supercharge your manifestation. Not only that, but learning about what pleasures you is a beautiful way to get to know yourself on an intimate level.

SEX WITH A PARTNER 

You can bring a trusted partner in on this process as well to intensify it tenfold. Basically, if you orgasm with a partner and you both choose to consciously visualize something you’re manifesting together, this is such a beautiful, sacred and powerful experience. Use wisely and again remember that each session does not have to be about manifestation and affirmations — engage in sex with a partner or with yourself for fun, too!!
